Andrew Shaw
Chief Investment Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Andy has worked in financial services for more than 30 years in a variety of roles, starting as a Financial Planner, achieving Chartered status in 2006, before moving onto more technical roles, setting up and heading the company’s Research Team. Currently, he has a dual role. As CIO, he focuses on the investment part of the business, sitting on both our core and sustainable/positive impact Investment Committees, whilst as COO he is responsible for the long-term strategy of the business.
He lives in Witney with his wife, Karolina, and their two sons, Maximilian and Tobias, splitting his time between the Witney and London offices. Whilst he says relaxation time is at a premium with a young family, whenever the chance arises it involves sport (he is an Arsenal and Wasps fan), music, and reading any book available but especially historical works.
Jennifer Dackombe
Investment Analyst
Jen joined the company permanently in 2011 in a Client Services role, having previously provided temporary Maternity Leave cover. She joined the Investment Team in 2015 and is a member of both of our Investment Committees. Her role includes fund research, portfolio analysis, and performance reporting, as well as presenting at our regular client events.
She is based in our London office and lives in Surrey with her husband, Darren, and two sons, Harrison and George, spending what little free time the boys allow catching up with friends and family.
Daiva Kamara
Head of Operations
Daiva joined the business in 2003 and, having worked in both the Client Services and Research Teams, now runs the operations side of the business from our London office.
Originally from Kaunas in Lithuania, she came to the UK in 1998 and lives in south east London. She has two children, Marija and Dominic, and a grandson, Hunter.
